Kidhouse

The Kid House, commonly referred to as the Kid School, is a household in the game The Sims 4. It is a household created by Al that, at the start of the series, consisted of 14 members, but now only consists of Bear Bear and her family after a great number of deaths and Bear Bear moving out on her own. The goal of the house is to educate the youth of tomorrow about the world even though the front door of the home is locked, not allowing them to leave. Although the household mostly consisted of children, there are three adult sims in the house. They make their first appearance in Sims 4 Modded - Kid House - 1.

Bear Bear is a part bear, part child sim in the Kid house. She loves playing rocket ship troopers and is best friends with Whiskey, as they bond over being animals. She has the Gregarious, Geek, and Outgoing traits. Al is easily unnerved by Bear, as she is frequently caught staring directly at Al's camera, causing him to scream. In the first episode, she becomes angry after a fight, revealing her true form once she goes to sleep. In episode 2, she gets a kid in trouble for throwing a paper ball at the teacher in class, just like Lexi. In episode 3, she is forced, along with Tutlee, to play with Jean, as he is lonely. Later, she keeps Whiskey in her memory by remembering where he sat at the dinner table, honoring her former mentor. She then goes to sell stocks on the computer. In episode 4, she gets in trouble for trying to get all the ladies to sit on her lap. Later, she becomes friends with one of these girls, Myla. In episode 5, the two play chess together and ignore Tutlee when he tries to join, as they don't want other friends. Later, she talks to the ghost of Whiskey when he arrives at the party, being reunited with her best friend. During the party, she pees her pants in front of everyone. In episode 6, Al lets her sneak up into the attic to play with the toys up there, distracting Deon as she did so. Even though she barely escapes, she returns to the attic later in the episode as she wants to keep playing with the toys. This time, Deon spots her and she is then forced to live in the attic with him, as no one is supposed to see that the child in the attic exists. In episode 8, it is revealed that she escaped from the attic and was back downstairs, doing her taxes. It is then revealed she wants to be mischievous to a man named "Furry". Later, when Al throws a birthday party for the kids to age up, she is one of the only 3 children Al takes to the party, the other two being Jean and Jayme. At the party, Bear thinks that she's met a fellow animal, a panda, although it turns out to just be a man wearing a panda hat. She is the last sim at the party to age up into a teenager, developing the Party Animal aspiration. She takes a selfie upon aging up, showing off her new body. In episode 9, she is placed back into her bear costume. In episode 10, she, along with Melany, go trick or treating around the neighborhood on Halloween. They visit Furry Dad first, and Bear Bear gets angry after talking with him, although they do manage to get some candy from him. At their second house, the house catches on fire, but is fortunately extinguished, although Bear Bear becomes extremely agitated from it. In episode 11, the two are still out trick or treating. While at another house, a new fire occurs and Bear Bear catches on fire, forcing Melany to extinguish her, saving her life. One more fire occurs, although everyone avoids death once again when Bear Bear puts it out. They finally return home at the end of episode 11. In episode 12, she gets hired to cater a birthday party, although she doesn't receive any payment for doing her job. Later, she hangs out with Furry Dad, as they are both animals despite hating each other. In episode 13, she ages into a young adult. In episode 14, she starts a gang named 'Roaracolypse', a club that focuses on roaring. She heads to the local club to try and recruit members. In episode 15, she has her first club outing, invading a local dance club. They party by themselves at the dance club, as it becomes early in the morning and the club shuts down. Later, while their club is at the park, they engage in several fights at the park, some against their own club members for no real reason. In episode 16, she release Melany's spirit into the afterlife. A short time later, after Oscar's death, Al makes the kids actually find a way to make their own money. He has Bear Bear practice her DJ skills, getting her to be a master spinner. In episode 17, he sends Bear Bear to the club to try and find someone for Jean in the attic. She begins spinning records at the club and attracts a woman named Jacklyn Robles over to her turntable. Bear takes the woman home with her and locks her up in the attic with Jean, hoping the two will find romance. She also gets a call to join a group called the Spin Masters, which she happily accepts and then joins them at the local club to dance and DJ. In episode 18, she becomes fed up with her fellow housemates and begins trying to clean the entire house. When she walks into the bathroom, however, she accidentally walks in on Myla, who then proceeds to break the toilet. She also meets Arnold Schwarzenegger and invites him into their house. In the following episode, she begins flirting with Arnold when he comes back to the house and the two eventually kiss, which leads to them woohooing in a closet. Bear Bear goes to poop right after they finish. In episode 20, when Bear Bear takes a pregnancy test, it is revealed that she is pregnant. To celebrate, she goes to the Hobo House in town and attempts to burn it down (which is eventually burnt down by Al himself). After being kicked out, she meets Arnold at the park and breaks the news to him. The two begin dating after he takes the news well. Later in the episode, she moves out on her own and gets her own house, leaving the other former children behind as the Kid House begins following her life. In episode 21, at her new home, she gives birth to her son Freddie during her housewarming party. Her and Arnold later woohoo right in front of the newborn and it is revealed at Arnold's house later in the episode that Bear Bear is pregnant again. In episode 22, she has her second son, Ahmed. In episode 23, she proposes to Arnold and has a wedding to officially seal the deal. She pisses herself at the wedding, prompting Al to end the event. Arnold then moves into the house.

Genius

Freddie Bear is the child of Bear Bear and Arnold Schwarzenegger and the older brother of Ahmed. He looks like a human sim, although Al remarks that this is most likely a trait he gained from his dad. He is born in episode 21, during Bear Bear's housewarming party and is left in a room alone while the party occurs. He then begins crying when his parents enter the room and begin making love. In episode 22, he ages into a child sim and develops the Social Butterfly aspiration. Al immediately hates him. He then meets his dad for the first time, although the two start mocking each other as Arnold finds his son annoying. They go to the gym to bond however, although after swimming together, Arnold leaves Freddie to go flirt with the hookers on the corner and then leaves his son alone at the gym. He gets angry when he goes home, because he doesn't want Ahmed as a brother when he is born, although he ultimately has no choice. He then learns of his mother's past and how she lived as a child in a house that was a school. In episode 23, he goes to school for the very first time. He also joins the group The Danger Dogs , getting an official invite to join and getting an official danger dogs jacket to wear to show off his status.

Ahmed Bear is the child of Bear Bear and Arnold Schwarzenegger and the younger brother of Freddie Bear. He was born in episode 22 and was pretty much ignored by his mother and hated by his brother. He ages up into a child in episode 23, where he develops the Whiz Kid aspiration. The first thing he did as a child was watch his mom pee in the bush outside. Ahmed begins using the science kit in the basement, warning him that the last time a fire happened in this series, "a whole bunch of kids died". Literally a few minutes later, Ahmed starts a fire in the basement. Even though the whole family escapes injury, the fire forces Al to reset and for Ahmed to age back up into a child sim.

In the first episode, a fire occurs in the basement of the house and a woman dies, leading Al to believe that it is Mageru who has perished. Once he sees her, he realizes his mistake, although she does nothing to help the woman who burns to death. This is ironic, considering the fact that the original Mageru was a firefighter. After the woman dies, it is then that she decides to help Oscar extinguish the fire. In episode 2, she is accidentally killed in the fire Whiskey starts, perishing right after Whiskey himself. She returns as a ghost in episode 5, however, when she is invited to the party that Oscar throws. She returns to the afterlife when the party ends. • In episode 2, Al traps a sim, Don Lothario, in the basement of the house and forces him to cook for the kids in the school.
    • He ends up escaping between episodes 3 and 4.
  • In episode 9, four of the kids are purged from the household due to the limit of 8 sims in a household. Al was using mods to bypass this while playing the game, but once he entered Create-A-Sim, the game no longer recognized the mod and "killed" Jayme, Tutlee, Deon, and Dana.
  • It is stated in episode 11 that Bear Bear isn't allowed to watch boxing on television, as she goes outside and punches kids when she does.
  • Despite being called the Kid House, there have been no children in the house since episode 8.
