Private Whiteskins is an Operator from the Commander Mod. After Al buys 340 GooGoo Bars he is extremely overencumbered and he hands over 92 Goo Goo Bars to Private Whiteskins, after which he realizes that, every Enclave personnel share the same inventory.

Afterwards Al attempts to show off Enclave abilities by fighting some legionaires. He calls in an Air strike and it kills all of the Enclave personnel including Private Whiteskins.

Al then looted the clothes and ammunition off of the female Enclave personnel.
