Lieutenant Steve Gibbons is a lieutenant for the NCR and a companion of Al's during his missions to kill Osama Bin Brahmin.
Origin[]
Lt. Gibbons first appeared during the Osama Bin Brahmin montage, having been one of Al's faithful partners and a highly trained operative prepared to do whatever it took to locate and elimate the terrorist.
Appearances[]
Lt. Gibbons appears in the quest mod of "Osama Bin Brahmin". During his first encounter with Al, they were knocked-out and arrested by The Pencil Police, however him and Al were able to escape and kill their captors. He leaves Al in the end because Al killed fifty children for no reason inside Osama's compound.
