Kate before she got a hat.
Kate was a companion from the "Beyond Boulder Dome " mod.
She had to be saved twice by al, the first from U.S. Remnant ghouls and the second time from death squad.
The second time turned her into a ghoul, so al gave her a rifle, hat and sledgehammer to fight along with him.
Kate is never seen again. Presumably hugged to death by Captain Ballarms.
